On site financial health-checks, POA
The financial health check has been designed to really empower headteachers and other leaders to understand the personalised financial risks at their individual school or dept.
Much more than a standard ‘check and tick’ internal audit, the health check seeks to establish where best practice already resides and where it needs to be embedded.
Depending on the size of your school or dept and the complexity of the work needed, health checks can take between one and five days and culminate in a report, outlining key risks and recommendations. You can either embed these recommendations immediately through the performance management process or Dave can assist in further work to develop systems and procedures for you.
